The material used to create paper curling ribbon is FSC approved, manufactured from cotton to give a finer finish that allows for curling.
To curl, hold the ribbon between your thumb and the edge of a pair of scissors, and pull through, giving a nice curling finish that will hold it's look. (The video below explains.)
