Kudos Giftwrap is based in Norfolk in the UK.
All items are delivered by a reliable National parcel carriers, unless otherwise arranged. Carriage is free on all orders over £150 within mainland UK. We are happy to take smaller orders, but delivery charges apply.
Note that delivery times may vary, to ensure the safety and well-being of the Kudos team we are sometimes working at home and are scheduling despatches on Monday and Thursday each week.
For urgent orders please call before placing your order to check stock and arrange delivery.
To get a delivery outside of the UK please drop us a line from our Contact us page with a list of the items you would like, and the delivery address you require goods to go to. We will advise on delivery cost. Once order is confirmed, we raise an invoice for you to pay via a bank transfer. Despatch of goods takes place upon receipt of cleared funds. Delivery will be on Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place) All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are here to make it easy for you to create a great customer experience with Luxury retail packaging products, so that your customers are delighted. Delighted customers are very important to us, but if we let you down please let us know promptly so we can do everything possible to put it right. Simply call us on 01923 220055 and we will be happy to help.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
